Information we collect

EZ Mobile Notary and Apostille (shown on this website as EZ Mobile Notary & Apostille Services), operated by Romita Sharma, collects information you provide when requesting or booking a service. This may include your name, email address, phone number, requested service, appointment time, location, and notes. Please do not include Social Security numbers, payment card details, or confidential document contents in booking notes.

How we use information

We use booking information to arrange appointments, contact you, provide requested services, and maintain business records. Our booking workflow uses Cal.com and n8n, and may store appointment records in Google Sheets, send email through Gmail, and send an internal SMS alert through Twilio to the business owner.

Service providers and sharing

Information is processed by service providers as needed for hosting, scheduling, recordkeeping, and communications. Their own privacy policies also apply to their services. Booking details may be included in alerts to the business owner for appointment follow-up.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not transferred to other messaging programs. We may disclose information where required by law.

Internal SMS alerts

The EZ Notary Booking Alerts program is for the business owner’s designated mobile number after explicit consent. Customers are not enrolled in SMS by submitting a Cal.com booking. Alert frequency varies with bookings. Message and data rates may apply. The recipient may reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. See our Terms and Conditions.

Retention and requests

We retain information as needed for service delivery, business records, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

Website and external services

Hosting and scheduling providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and cookies, under their own policies. Links to external services take you to sites we do not operate.
